Local Boys, a locally owned family of restaurants in Buffalo, NY including Siena, 800 Maple, Rocco's Wood Fired Pizza & JT's Urban Italian is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef. The position is for a candidate with a passion for authentic made from scratch Italian cooking.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership to our kitchen and help us maintain a culture that makes our family of restaurants some of the best dining experiences in Western New York.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design and execute authentic and innovative Italian dishes, with a strong focus fresh seasonal ingredients.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a cohesive kitchen through training and mentoring.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation, kitchen hygiene, inventory management and cost control.
