Marketing and Experience Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated experience specialist to enhance our experiences in all stages from customers to staff. You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing queries, and identifying ways to improve. This person is also verse in some aspects of marketing including reputation management, social media, analytics and email campaigns. Someone who is willing to expand their knowledge base of marketing, be a team player, and is a self-starter.

Schedule:
- Full-Time & In-Person at our Stillwater, MN office
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm
Primary duties
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices and touch points, identify needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and strengthen brand awareness, relevance, and reputation.
- Responding to customer queries and reviews in a timely and effective manner on all channels; phone, email, social media, listings or chat applications
- Analyzing customer feedback and preparing reports for improvement
- Perform customer research to discover other ways of reaching our target markets
- Coordinate with internal departments to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
- Write, post, renew, update, and track online advertisements and property listings across multiple platforms.
- Build and improve our social media accounts and audience and work on new ways to reach current and future residents
- Assist in scheduling posts by working with the rest of the marketing team on building content and engagement through posts and stories
- Build email campaigns for automation of various consumer tracks and research platforms for execution
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's properties, operations, and resident experience through site visits and ongoing research to support effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Responsible for reputation management for the corporate and property brands including reading and analyzing data from Google Analytics
- Increase development of Summit’s corporate and property brands to enhance the value of our portfolio and to ensure consistency across the portfolio
- Help build our corporate culture and workplace experience
- Assist with company events, team initiatives, culture-building activities, and cross-department collaboration.
- Assist in various duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and can proficiently work on a MacBook
- Experience with Canva and Hootsuite
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Direct experience with social media management
- Experience with email automation campaigns and URL tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent organizational skills, quality verbal communication, and written communication (web, email, letters)
- Ability to set and meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several projects at one time
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
