The Role
The Waste Management Operator will manage the liquid and solid waste removal, animal feed process, and cleanliness of the S-Dock and S-Dock Bay. In addition, this role will be responsible for performing PT Tank CIP as a backup to the shift Tank washers.
What You’ll Do
Ensure cleanliness of the S-Dock and S-Dock Bay.
Wash and sanitize empty barrels to return to production area.
Perform CIP on both the animal feed system and PT Tanks as required.
Manage animal feed tanker levels to avoid overflow/spills.
Performs all operations according to prescribed food safety practices, GMP’s, and Safety procedures.
Pulls barrels and/or carts from the plant as required by Supervisor/Lead
Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.

What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to learn and operate CIP systems and required cleaning practices required by the position.
Coordination and multi-tasking skills.
This is a physically demanding position. Candidate must have the ability to regularly lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
The base pay range for this position is $24.52 per hour, plus night shift premium of $1.25. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
