The Bright Star Grill in Mount Holly, NC is looking for one full-time shift lead to join our team. We are located on 205 Madora St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities

Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
Qualifications

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus but not a must
