General Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing assessments, evaluations, and assisting with establishing an individualized plan of care for both inpatient and out-patient services.
The Physical Therapist also administers therapy treatments, documents patient response to treatments, provides recommendations, adjustments and modifications to the patient's care plan. In addition, the Physical Therapist provides supervision for the physical therapy assistant (PTA), documents patient care, maintains patient confidentiality, and adheres with all company, state and federal rules, guidelines, and regulations.
Job Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in Louisiana
Job Type: Part Time and PRN
