What You'll Do as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative
- Support daily customer service efforts for Verizon products across the Pittsburgh area
- Help customers understand their internet, wireless, and connectivity options
- Educate customers face-to-face on Verizon features and current promotions clearly
- Support customers all throughout enrollment process, keeping documentation accurate
- Assist customers with questions, account updates, and service concerns
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Maintain a positive, professional approach while supporting daily team operations
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face, people-focused environment
- Organized with good problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience helpful, not required for this entry level role
