JSA is seeking a motivated, high-potential professional to join our Development Program, designed to provide broad exposure to the insurance industry and prepare the right candidate for a long-term career in sales, operations, or management.
This is a unique opportunity to learn JSA from the inside out. You’ll rotate through key departments including Contracting, Commissions, New Business, Compliance, Agent Relations, and Sales, gaining hands-on experience with our systems, processes, agents, carriers, and business operations. Along the way, you’ll work on real projects, build industry expertise, earn relevant certifications, and receive mentorship from experienced JSA leaders.
As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in either Sales & Business Development or Operations, taking on greater responsibility, leading projects, and presenting directly to company leadership. The goal is to develop you into a key contributor with the knowledge, relationships, and experience to take on an expanded role at JSA.
Ideal candidates are curious, driven, organized, strong communicators, and eager to learn. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required—we’re looking for someone with the initiative and potential to grow with the organization.
