This is a hybrid position that combines retail, delivery support, and inventory operations. Team members are scheduled and rotated between these responsibilities based on business needs. As part of the Brooklyn Bourne team, employees may assist customers in-store or support back-of-house tasks that keep the dispensary running smoothly.

Engage with customers in person and over the phone, offering knowledgeable product recommendations.

Provide exceptional service before, during, and after each sale.

Verify customer IDs, process payments accurately, and maintain security compliance.

Uphold store cleanliness and organization, including displays and merchandising.

Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inspecting shipments for quality and OCM compliance.

Accurately label, log, and organize products using Dutchie.

Conduct weekly audits, ensuring stock accuracy and preventing discrepancies.

Maintain digital and physical inventory records, updating menus and displays as needed.

Support compliance by following proper labeling, packaging, and disposal procedures.

Analyze inventory reports to identify sales trends and restock needs.

Keep storage areas organized and products properly rotated for freshness.

Notify the Inventory Manager when stock levels are low or products are nearing expiration.

Break down and dispose of packaging materials per store procedures.

Assist with preparing and packaging additional delivery orders and, when necessary, accompany staff on local deliveries.

21+ years of age and legally authorized to work in cannabis retail in New York.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

MUST have weekend availability.

Experience handling cash and using POS systems (Dutchie preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.
