Job Description
As a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service daily to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality workmanship, and strong production performance. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform routine service, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing
- Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Complete service documentation, invoicing, and collections in a timely manner
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members to meet scheduling commitments
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Plumbing Journeyman License (required)
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, and installation practices
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and service trade requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Salary
$30 - $38 (hourly)
