Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Conduct thorough interviewing sessions, assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management.
- Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment & labor law regulations.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
- Utilize cold calling, lead generation, research, and social media management to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes to support onboarding and ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo; ensure HR legal compliance throughout all recruitment activities.
- Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search.
- Strong familiarity with talent management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro), and applicant tracking tools like Taleo or iCIMS.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, contracts, employee relations, and labor law regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize social media marketing (recruitment) for sourcing candidates effectively across platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers confidently.
- Experience with campus recruitment programs, succession planning initiatives, and training & development activities is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
