Job Title: Collaborative Physician (Telehealth / Hybrid) – Missouri License Required
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, Missouri-licensed Collaborative Physician to partner with our growing independent advanced practice nursing clinic. This role is focused on providing compliant, high-quality diabetes management and metabolic health via a hybrid (telehealth and in-person) delivery model.
This is a formal collaborative agreement role offering competitive, reliable compensation for administrative oversight and periodic chart reviews. No direct, day-to-day patient panel management is required.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Collaboration: Provide legally required oversight and consultation for an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in accordance with Missouri state regulations.
- Chart Review: Conduct routine, periodic reviews of patient charts and treatment plans to ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.
- Availability: Be reasonably available by phone, text, or email during standard business hours for occasional clinical consultation on complex metabolic or primary care cases.
- Compliance: Maintain an active, unrestricted Missouri medical license and assist in ensuring practice compliance with state nursing board collaborative rules.
Requirements
- Education & Licensure: MD or DO from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Missouri (proximity to the state or a border state is highly preferred).
- Experience: Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and modern telehealth platforms.
- Mindset: A collaborative spirit that respects and supports the autonomy of independent advanced practice nursing.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per month
