Lunch Duty Aide - Sign-on Compensation after 90 days of employment.
I. General Description:
To supervise students in the cafeteria and on the playground for the purpose of maintaining a safe, friendly, and collaborative environment amongst students at all times.
II. Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Must possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
3. Prior experience working with children preferred
4. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
5. Must be able to pass a background check upon employment
III. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Must be on time and reliable for work duties
2. Must dress in a professional manner
3. Maintains proper student conduct in cafeteria and on playground
4. Provides assistance to students, as may be necessary to maintain the appropriate environment
5. Guides students in playing harmoniously with each other
6. Informs supervisor about any questions, concerns, or issues
7. Follows all school rules and procedures in reporting and processing student discipline
Reports To: School Administrator
Calendar: 10 Months; 11.25hrs/week
