We are a growing real estate development company based in New York, managing multiple residential construction projects. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support day-to-day operations across our construction sites and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks
- Maintain and update project budgets, reports, and financial tracking in Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and organize reports for investors
- Communicate with investors regarding updates, documentation, and requests
- Handle emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing and tracking proposals, bids, and vendor quotes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and/or office management (real estate or construction experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate development or construction companies
- Familiarity with budgets, cost tracking, and investor reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $19.00 - $33.50 per hour
