Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent our company by connecting with homeowners, introducing our services, and helping create new opportunities for continued growth. Compensation: $15/hour + $15 for every qualified lead generated
Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods and introduce our services in a professional manner
- Build positive relationships, answer questions, and generate interest with potential customers
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-up opportunities
- Work with our team to improve outreach strategies and contribute to company growth
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while representing the company well
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
