Leads nursing staff to ensure quality resident care, compliance, and safety. Oversees care plans, supports staff, communicates staffing needs, and fosters collaboration with families and providers.
Qualifications
Current LPN license in good standing.
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or related setting.
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in senior care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate approach with a commitment to resident-centered care.
