This position at Santa Fe based, online clothing company, Island Importer includes the following tasks, along with others as they arise:
- Picking, packing and shipping of online orders.
- Receiving and processing returned garments - ironing, folding, repackaging, and restocking.
- Receiving, unpacking and stocking incoming shipments.
- Customer service. Email and phone support.
Qualifications: A general familiarity and interest in clothing and fashion, and a basic knowledge of garment fit and sizing. Ability to comprehend and follow direction, good time management skills, attention to details, ability to work alone with little supervision and remain focused while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to customers. Demonstrate ability to iron and neatly fold clothing. Keen eyesight. Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count accurately. Must be proficient with the general functioning of Windows-based software applications, and demonstrate an ability to quickly familiarize and operate various customer management and shipping utilities.
20 - 25 hours per week between 11 AM and 3-4 PM, Monday - Friday.
