We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our weekday cleaning team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position servicing vacation rental properties in Wrightsville Beach, Downtown Wilmington, and Carolina Beach.
Our company specializes in short-term rental turnover cleaning and professional linen laundering. We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential for this role.
This position involves cleaning Airbnb and vacation rental properties according to structured SOP, handling and transporting linens, and assisting with laundry operations as needed. Candidates must be able to maintain a steady pace throughout the day and lift up to 30 pounds.
Reliable transportation is required, as technicians travel between multiple properties. Proof of valid driver’s license and active auto insurance must be provided upon hire. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.
This is a weekday position (Monday through Friday). Typical hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm, depending on scheduling needs. Some early morning or evening laundry shifts may be available. This is a year-round position.
