Position Highlights
- Manageable Caseload: Approximately 25 students with mild/moderate needs at a single elementary school.
- Four-Day Week: Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- One School Site: No traveling between buildings, one elementary campus, one team.
- In Person: Fully on-site role in a Brighton-area public school district.
- Timeline: Interviewing immediately for a prompt start.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and case management for approximately 25 elementary students with mild/moderate support needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and Colorado requirements.
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction (push-in and pull-out) across settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring data for IEP reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, 2026–2027 school year.
- Pay: $50–58/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Requirements
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with a Special Education Generalist endorsement (or eligibility for Colorado licensure).
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
- Elementary school experience preferred.
Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
