Compensation:
$30 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Supervise daily field operations for petroleum construction projects, including fuel tanks, piping, dispensers, canopies, concrete, and site work

Lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors on-site

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, fire marshal, and environmental regulations

Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of fuel systems

Enforce safety protocols, conduct job hazard analyses, and lead safety meetings
-
Monitor project schedules, productivity, and material deliveries
-
Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation
-
Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively
-
Communicate clearly with supers, project managers, and clients when needed
-
Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in petroleum or fuel system construction
-
Proven experience leading crews and managing active job sites
-
Strong knowledge of underground and above-ground fuel systems
-
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
-
Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with UST/AST installations, piping, dispensers, and tank removals
-
Florida petroleum or environmental construction experience
-
OSHA 30 certification
-
Confined space and hazmat training
-
Mechanical, electrical, or concrete experience related to fuel systems
Physical Requirements

You may need to work out of town, as each project may dictate

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday
