Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC or plumbing service appointments

Provide exceptional customer service by listening, problem-solving, and offering solutions

Dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and priority of service requests

Coordinate with the service team to adjust schedules in real-time

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job updates in our scheduling software

Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction

Support general office duties as needed
Requirements:

1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)

Dispatching experience strongly preferred
