Overview:
We are a growing boutique law firm seeking a Client Specialist. The Client Specialist is a key client-facing role responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing communications, and strengthening the relationship between clients and the firm’s attorneys and legal teams.
This position sits at the intersection of client care, intake, and internal coordination. As the primary point of contact for many clients, the Client Specialist ensures a smooth, professional, and responsive experience from the first interaction through the life of the matter.
Intake & Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling client consultations, appointments and meetings
- Managing the new client intake process
- Address client inquiries and complaints
- Assist in managing calendars, and confirming court dates and other proceedings
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, or data entry
- Manage billing and filing of Agent for Service and Statement of Information.
- Back up to reception duties and incoming calls
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions
Marketing:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Following up on client satisfaction with online reviews
- Following up with trust client regarding any needs they may have regarding their estate plan
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and website materials
- Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors
Client Relations Specialist Skills

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
