Position Overview
We're looking for a driven Comfort Advisor to join our team! This in-home sales role involves evaluating customer needs, presenting HVAC solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and care. You'll work closely with our service and install teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home evaluations to assess HVAC needs and present appropriate customer solutions.
- Build rapport with customers through education and transparent communication.
- Generate estimates and present financing options clearly and confidently.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and service-generated opportunities.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and meet sales goals.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (Friday-Thursday, every other week)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous success in an in-home sales position required; prior HVAC sales experience highly preferred.
- Experience working with big-box retail partnerships (ex. Lowes, Home Depot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Technically inclined and willing to learn HVAC fundamentals.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
