As an Environmental Lawn Technician at C-Care Lawn Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lawn care services using state-of-the-art battery-powered equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces while adhering to our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, using battery-powered equipment.
- No prior experience required - full training provided.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Operate and maintain battery-powered equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their lawn care needs and address any concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients and municipal contracts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Familiarity with battery-powered lawn care equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate equipment safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
