E&J Clean Outs, Moving & Storage is growing and we're looking for a Driver / Crew Leader to join our team in the Greater St. Louis area!
This isn't just a driving job. You'll be behind the wheel AND running the show on job sites — so we need someone who's dependable, knows how to lead, and takes pride in their work.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving a box truck on moving and cleanout jobs
- Operating an F-350 pulling a trailer or box truck
- Leading a crew on job sites from start to finish
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time and with care
- Being the face of E&J out in the field
What we're looking for:
- Experience driving a box truck and/or a truck pulling a trailer — this is a must
- CDL or non-CDL welcome
- Clean driving record (MVR required)
- Natural leader who can keep a crew focused and on track
- Reliable, professional, and customer-friendly
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
