We've built our reputation on trust, transparency, and treating every customer like family, and we're looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor who shares that same commitment.
This isn't just another service desk role. This is a chance to join a high volume, high performing team at a dealership that's already proven itself in one of the Southeast's used automotive markets. We're selective about who joins us, because the person in this seat sets the tone for our customers' entire service experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience writing for a certified dealership
- A high level of integrity and professionalism in every customer interaction
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast paced, high volume shop
- A team first mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate across sales, service, and technicians
- Solid computer skills and comfort with dealership management systems
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write up repair orders clearly and completely, ensuring techs have what they need to get the job done right
- Recommend additional parts, labor, and services based on vehicle needs, and confidently present them to customers
- Clearly explain what's going on with each vehicle in terms customers can understand and trust
- Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process, minimizing surprises and delays
- Oversee shop workflow and help prioritize jobs to keep the department running efficiently
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate records within our service management system
- Uphold top tier reviews through honest, high integrity interactions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
