Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager and lead our strategic HR initiatives to foster a thriving, engaged, and compliant workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance with employment laws.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top talent.
- Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to support career development.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Drive employee relations efforts by mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary procedures, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and workforce management insights.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams while supporting organizational design and change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human capital management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
- Credentialing/revalidation of providers for DC & MD Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance, as well as the agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or Ceridian; familiarity with payroll systems like Paylocity or UltiPro is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and managing employee relations proactively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining meticulous data entry and recordkeeping standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
