Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Sales Manager
Works closely with: Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, and IT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: On-site
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 Per Hour

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining high satisfaction levels. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with automotive or off-road knowledge are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Answer incoming phone calls during business hours
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and voicemails
- Update and manage customer information using basic computer systems and spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Notify customers of order updates, backorders, and product availability
- Assist in minimizing order cancellations through proactive communication
- Update website content and product information as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and returns processing
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Participate in video-based product demonstrations when needed
- Work with IT to identify and report website issues or discrepancies
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Maintain a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Lift and move items up to 70 lbs as needed
- Alternate between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude or general knowledge of automotive/off-road products preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Interest in off-roading or the automotive industry is a plus
