Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations and help ensure customer and wholesale orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
The ideal candidate has experience with shipping, warehouse operations, order processing, and coordinating with carriers. Experience in e-commerce or wholesale distribution is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Process shipping orders and prepare shipping documents
- Create shipping labels, packing lists, BOLs, and other required paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, and freight carriers
- Track shipments and follow up on delays, missing shipments, or delivery issues
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
- Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Handle wholesale, e-commerce, and warehouse shipping orders
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying quantities
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and other logistics issues
- Help organize warehouse workflow and improve shipping efficiency
- Perform other shipping and logistics-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, and freight shipping
- Experience preparing BOLs and shipping documentation is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email
- E-commerce or wholesale experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, wholesale retailers, WFS/FBA, or other e-commerce fulfillment platforms is a plus.

Pay: $25.58 - $33.00 per hour
