Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Engage with potential clients to promote our fleet services and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client requirements and presenting additional services or vehicle options
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless route planning, vehicle availability, and timely service delivery
- Assist in pricing negotiations, ensuring competitive yet profitable rates aligned with company standards
- Conduct route driving when necessary, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
- Support merchandising efforts by showcasing vehicle features and promoting brand awareness at events or client sites
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and route schedules efficiently
- Basic math proficiency for pricing calculations, route planning, and sales analysis
- Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial driving, including heavy lifting practices and safe vehicle handling
- Familiarity with automobile transportation logistics and DOT regulations
- Ability to upsell additional services while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Background in military or disciplined environments is advantageous for safety-minded individuals
