Johnson Family Motors is hiring one experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in North Fort Myers, FL.
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused salesperson who has previous automotive sales experience and understands that successful automotive sales today happen both in the dealership and online.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and social media, and has a strong understanding of using Facebook Marketplace and social media to generate leads and sell vehicles.
This is a commission-only sales position with unlimited earning potential. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, willing to generate their own opportunities, and ready to follow up with customers and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet and dealership leads
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads
- Generate additional sales opportunities through social media
- Actively post, manage, and respond to vehicle listings and inquiries on Facebook Marketplace
- Maintain an active and professional social media presence
- Demonstrate vehicles and assist customers with test drives
- Work with dealership management to complete sales
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information
- Help create a positive customer experience that represents the Johnson Family Motors brand
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is REQUIRED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license is REQUIRED
- Strong social media presence is REQUIRED
- Must be active and experienced with Facebook Marketplace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own leads
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience with DealerCenter is preferred
Compensation
Commission Only
