We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time Market Research Project Coordinator position. This is an entry-level role, and no prior market research experience is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
This is not a traditional project management position. Instead, this role focuses on coordinating market research studies, working with internal teams, managing project logistics, and ensuring studies are executed successfully from setup through delivery.
As a Market Research Project Coordinator, you will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for coordinating and supporting multiple research projects. You will assist with the day-to-day management of studies from project setup through final delivery, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of the research process. This position reports to the Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with project teams and Research Managers regarding project status, timelines, and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and external vendors to ensure all project milestones, client expectations, and deadlines are met.
- Partner with Research Managers and survey programmers to ensure online surveys are programmed accurately through detailed questionnaire review and thorough survey testing.
- Perform quality control checks on raw data, tabulations, and reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve potential issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with project team members to deliver accurate, high-quality client reports and project deliverables on time.
- Support the day-to-day execution of multiple research studies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- No prior market research experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; business, marketing, communications, psychology, or related fields are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think logically and identify potential issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
