Responsibilities
- Assist buyers throughout the home buying process
- Show properties and schedule home tours
- Help sellers prepare, market, and sell their homes
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Stay current on local market trends and industry changes
- Generate new business through networking and lead generation
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is self-motivated and enjoys working independently
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organized and goal-oriented
- Wants to build a successful long-term career in real estate
- Is currently licensed in Iowa or is willing to obtain an Iowa Real Estate License (training available)
