Dispatcher / CSR
An up-and-coming service company is looking for a dispatcher/CSR who has customer service and/or dispatching experience in a trade and a drive to grow within the company. Most of all, NexLvl Services is looking for a dispatcher who is obsessed with taking care of our customers and provides a quality experience every time they speak with them.

You must have no less than 1 years of dispatch or CSR experience in the trades.
Customer service experience in a trade is required.
Highest Responsibility:
Provide positive customer experiences through helpful and a consistent desire to go above and beyond on every phone call. This includes taking emergency calls, customer support, dispatching technicians, and other office related work.
Responsibilities Cont’d:
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the whole service process
- Confidently answer customer questions related to invoices and work performed
- Accurately fill out paperwork related to different jobs
- Communicate professionally with technicians

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
