The Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations and light manufacturing production control in our 25,000+ sq ft facility. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building efficient teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Supervise warehouse staff; lead and develop your team
- Coordinate logistics, including inventory, outbound shipments, customer-specific requirements, and value-added services
- Maintain production documentation and compliance; maintain accurate records for light manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Improve efficiency and ensure process accuracy
- Partner with leadership to meet customer deadlines, including availability for overtime as needed
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, with a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supervising operations in a warehouse is required; additional experience with light manufacturing processes is helpful
- A hands-on management style, you're comfortable on the floor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold a team to clear expectations
- Computer literacy skills
- Logistics experience is a strong plus
Driving & Compliance Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Age 25+ with a valid driver’s license (please, no international licenses)
- Possess a clean driving record within specified timeframes
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings (zero tolerance policy)
Compensation
- Pay range: $24-$28 per hour based on experience
- Eligible for overtime
- Quarterly performance bonus (based on individual, team, and company performance)
