Sales Associate – Degree Wellness

At Degree Wellness, we’re not just delivering services—we’re building long-term wellness memberships. As a Sales Associate, you are on the front lines of revenue growth, responsible for selling memberships, promoting IV therapies, and converting every guest into a long-term client.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive membership sales by confidently converting walk-ins, leads, and first-time guests into committed members
- Actively promote and sell IV drips and IM boosters, educating clients on benefits and upselling where appropriate
- Deliver a consultative sales experience—identify client needs and recommend the right combination of services
- Follow up with leads, missed opportunities, and past guests to close sales and increase retention
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, texts, walk-ins) with urgency and a sales-first mindset
- Manage booking, POS transactions, and membership setup seamlessly
- Maintain a clean, elevated studio environment that supports a premium experience
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture focused on results, energy, and accountability
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to sell (retail, fitness, wellness, or service-based sales preferred)
- Confidence in closing memberships and upselling services
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset—you enjoy working toward and exceeding targets
- High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and client management tools
- Availability for evenings and weekends
