In this role, you'll oversee daily operations of our 15-bed residential home, lead a team of direct care staff, and serve as a trusted presence for residents and families alike — all while working with a high degree of independence.
Applicants must have:
- BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, or other Human Services field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass fingerprint background checks and drug test
