- Use a work order system
- Maintenance of tools and supplies
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized

Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial painting experience
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred school or commercial)
- Valid driver's license
- Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
