Warehouse & Logistics Manager
■ General Responsibilities :
- Lead the setup and launch of a new warehouse facility, including layout planning and operational readiness.
- Develop warehouse processes, SOPs, and inventory control procedures.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate domestic transportation, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse management through WMS and ERP systems.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and HQ teams to support business operations.
■ Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
- Experience launching or setting up a new warehouse facility strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and 3PL management.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Korean-English bilingual skills preferred.
- Experience with Korean or global manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
