Professional Qualifications

Holds a bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college or university.

Possesses a current State of Iowa teaching license or is in the process of recertifying/obtaining it.

Willingness to continue progress in career development.

Knowledge of computer technology or willingness to learn.
Job Description

Provide classroom instruction using the curriculum given and approved by the OCS Board.

Integrate Biblical principles and perspectives throughout all curricula from a Biblical worldview.

Minister in the field of education by discipleship and communication of faith to the next generation.

Possess necessary computer skills to use the Chromebooks, School Information System, Interactive Display Boards, and Gmail.

Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, faculty, and administration.

Follow all guidelines and procedures set in the OCS Staff Handbook.
