We have been a local, family-owned real estate business since 1981. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Maintenance Professional to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and Repair Property: Perform maintenance and repairs on units and common areas, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage Work and Materials: Respond to service requests, prepare vacant units, track supplies, and oversee vendor or contractor work.
- Inspect and Report: Conduct regular property inspections, identify issues, and communicate maintenance or safety concerns to management.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience.
- Friendly attitude with residents and team members.
- Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.
- Reliable transportation and a general maintenance set of hand tools are required.
