Pini Health Club is a boutique fitness gym in Miami - we are growing our wellness and recovery offerings to match what our members are asking for. We are looking for a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with Manual Lymphatic Drainage training to be a core part of that growth.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform manual lymphatic drainage massage treatments using gentle, rhythmic, and appropriate techniques.
· Conduct client consultations to understand wellness goals, medical history, post-surgical needs, contraindications, and areas of concern.
· Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs, comfort level, and professional scope of practice.
· Support clients experiencing swelling, fluid retention, post-operative edema, or general lymphatic congestion, within the limits of training and licensure.
· Educate clients on aftercare, hydration, skin care, self-care practices, and recommended treatment frequency.
· Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including intake forms, treatment notes, progress updates, and contraindications.
· Follow all sanitation, hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols before, during, and after each session.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management.
· Refer clients to appropriate healthcare providers when symptoms or conditions fall outside the therapist’s scope of practice.
· Stay current with continuing education, licensing requirements, and best practices in lymphatic drainage and massage therapy.
Required Qualifications
· Active Florida massage therapy license, as required by law.
· Formal training or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), lymphatic drainage massage, or a closely related modality is required.
· Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and safe massage practices.
Clinical experience with lymphatic drainage (preferred, but we will consider strong candidates who are newer to practice)
· Ability to assess client needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
· Professional liability insurance, if required by the employer or state regulations.
· Current CPR and First Aid certification are preferred or required based on workplace policy.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with post-operative clients, cosmetic surgery recovery, wellness clients, or clients with mild swelling concerns.
· Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist credential or equivalent advanced certification.
· Experience in a spa, wellness center, med spa, rehabilitation clinic, chiropractic office, or integrative health practice.
· Knowledge of body contouring, post-surgical care protocols, compression garment guidance, or lymphedema support within scope of practice.
· Strong client retention, customer service, and treatment documentation skills.
· Good communicator who enjoys educating clients.
· Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
· Work is typically performed in a treatment room, spa, wellness center, med spa, or clinical environment.
· Must be able to stand for extended periods and use proper body mechanics while performing treatments.
· May require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, or peak appointment times.
· Must maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
