We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service Associate to join our grooming salon team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling
- Schedule and manage appointments using the salon POS/scheduling system
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Assist customers with retail product recommendations and purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with grooming staff regarding appointments and customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks during busy periods
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy salon environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Weekend day shift availability required
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, salon, or grooming environments preferred
- Experience with appointment scheduling and POS systems is a plus
