About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team.
You will be contacting prospective customers from our qualified customer database, introducing our company's services, answering questions, and helping customers enroll. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain our company's services.
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
- Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Confidently overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day.
