Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and individual student needs.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for children of various developmental stages.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to promote respectful behavior, engagement, and independence among students.
- Incorporate learning technology and educational tools to enhance lesson delivery and student interaction.
- Engage families through regular communication about progress, challenges, and strategies for continued development at home.
- Lead team meetings, mentor assistant teachers or aides, and contribute to ongoing curriculum development initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of childhood development principles to foster social-emotional growth alongside academic skills.
- Implement behavior management strategies rooted in positive reinforcement and behavioral therapy techniques.

Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as preschools or daycare centers.
- Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for preschool or toddler care environments.
- Knowledge of literacy education methods, and math instruction suitable for early learners.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools used in modern classrooms to support interactive learning experiences.
- Prior experience in childcare or school setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and specialists dedicated to child welfare and early intervention initiatives. - Familiar with Quality Rated
- Minimum TCC/CDA certificate or currently in ECE , TCC/CDA program.
