Job Description:
Our St. Rose location has a position for an apprentice installer (helper/Flex position) to load and stage jobs and assist our Certified Installers on closet and custom storage installations in Client homes across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. You bring a valid driver's license and clean record with a positive attitude and we'll take good care of you and your career!

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm with occasional overtime or flex schedule for regional deliveries on occasion if needed. Strong communication and ability to learn and execute with an interest in building/construction skills a must. Forklift certified a plus or we will train/certify. We are focused on results and recruit team players to help everyone be successful.

Responsibilities:
- Part of a team where you will receiving materials, stage and organize them onsite (we will train you) and prep jobs for installation.
- Collaborates with lead installer on job to ensure proper quality of materials and completion of jobs.
- Be accountable for results and celebrate the wins.
- Interact with Clients and Fellow Team Members effectively and respectfully.
- Drive company vehicle to our FL location occasionally, lift and safely store component materials weighing up to 50 pounds each, up 1-2 flights of stairs safely and delicately.

Qualifications:
- +1 Years of construction or handyman work
- Communicates clearly, and professionally while reading materials list and measuring accurately.
- Light construction or hand tool experience a plus.
- Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple objectives at a time.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team, being dependable and punctual.
- Forklift certified a plus but we will train, must have valid Driver's License & be safety conscious and willing to grow with us.
