Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements at clients’ locations
- Apply your expertise in color theory to recommend suitable polish shades and nail art designs that complement each client’s style
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and work areas to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment
- Manage retail sales of nail products, tools, and accessories during appointments to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue through upselling techniques
- Keep detailed records of services provided, client preferences, and product inventory for seamless follow-up and repeat business
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or eyelash extensions, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Licensed Nail Technician in New York (required)Skilled in classic and gel manicures and pedicures on natural nails
- Strong sanitation practices and professionalism
- Friendly, reliable, and able to provide a polished experience
- Reliable transportationFlexible availability: days, evenings, and weekends
- Quick service capability (15 to 20 min manis/pedis) a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Upto $110/hour, hourly or commission
