What this role looks like
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Contract Therapist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work with a small, consistent cohort of 7-10 teens, allowing you to build deep therapeutic relationships and see the direct impact of your work. You will be responsible for delivering individual and family therapy within our innovative, tech-assisted IOP framework.
A day in the life of a Kin Therapist
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with teens and their families.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
- Partner with families, offering empathy, clarity, and guidance.
- Utilize our streamlined, IOP-specific tools for efficient note-taking, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team through regular consultations and supervision.

What you'll bring to the team
- Must hold an independent license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families.
- Comfortable and confident in leading engaging and interactive virtual groups.
- Strong understanding and experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with teens and making a difference in their lives.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
