Overview
We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and personable bartender to join our team. You'll be the face of our bar — keeping drinks flowing, guests happy, and the energy right. If you love people, know your way around a bar, and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Mixing and serving drinks accurately and efficiently
- Providing friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Building relationships with regulars and making new customers feel at home
- Handling cash and POS transactions accurately
- Following proper pouring standards and responsible alcohol service (BASSET certified or willing to obtain)
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of bartending experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly personality — you genuinely enjoy people
- Reliable and punctual — we count on our team
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills — can handle a busy bar without losing your cool
- Honest and trustworthy — integrity matters to us
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- BASSET certification (required in Illinois — we can assist if needed)
- Must be 21 or older
- Food Handler certification is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
