Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and financial reconciliation to deliver exceptional service during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early departures, providing a warm welcome and ensuring all guest needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help uphold our standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction around the clock. Opera and or Hotel Key hotel property management software is preferred.
Duties
- Greet guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional service, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation
- Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations, billing details, and payment methods to ensure accuracy and security
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including revenue reports, billing adjustments, and account reconciliations to maintain precise records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and guest relations expertise
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to facilitate smooth handovers and operational transparency
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs or resolve issues efficiently within the resort environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred
- Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, or night audit functions within a hotel or resort setting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
- Opera and or Hotel Key hotel property management software is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and basic financial reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of hotel operations standards including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort procedures
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
