Title: Project Manager
Compensation: $75k - $110k
Location: Westchester County, NY (service area includes Fairfield County, CT)
About the Role
Hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior construction projects. This is a field-based, hands-on role focused on running jobs from start to finish, coordinating subcontractor crews, working directly with homeowners, and solving problems as they arise.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, being in the field, and taking ownership of outcomes. Prior roofing experience is helpful but not required, we have successfully trained strong project managers from outside the trade.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential roofing and exterior projects from kickoff through completion
- Oversee subcontractor crews on-site and ensure quality, safety, and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the project
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and logistics with internal support teams
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in the field and keep projects moving forward
- Manage job-site profitability against original estimates to ensure margin targets are met
- Maintain clear documentation and project updates

Leadership in this role means setting standards on-site and keeping projects on track. You are responsible for the leadership and performance of our subcontracted crews on-site.
Experience & Skills
- Construction, roofing, or exterior trades experience is a plus (not required)
- Project coordination, operations, logistics, or field management experience preferred
- Ability to utilize project management software in the field (training provided)
- Ability to travel daily to job sites (company vehicle provided or allowance)
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
